We understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise after placing your order. As orders are processed very quickly, sometimes within an hour of submitting, be sure to let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your order. sending an email is not recommended as it will go into the general mailbox and may not be addressed before your order ships. Please fill out our cancellation request form. This will put an immediate hold on your order and a member of our order processing team will contact you regarding the cancellation.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee ($5 min). Custom products (Print, Custom Cutting or Laser Cutting) cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made. If a print file has already been formatted or in the print queue it will be subject to a $15 cancelation feel.
Orders that are on the shipping belt or have shipped, cannot be canceled.
