Unfortunately since the new website launch in February, 2024, some accounts were not transferred successfully during the transition to our new website platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please register a new account on our new website. If you previously were tax exempt, please re-submit your Sales Tax Resale Certificate to TradeAccounts@cardsandpockets.com.
Let us know after creating your new account if you had trade access on our previous website and we will verify & update your new account to resume your vendor account status. Vendor pricing will show as a discount in the shopping cart.
Likewise, with the migration to the new site, the old orders did not transfer. However, don't worry, we do still have access to them. Please reach out to Customer Service and we are happy to help.
