I got an email saying my file was missing?

Occasionally, the files may not upload when the order is placed.  If this happens, you will receive an email form our Print Shop Bot with a link to upload the missing file.  Please fill out the Print File Upload form.  This will attach the file directly to the order.  If for some reason you have trouble with the uploader, you may email the file directly to [e-mail].
