Order Damaged in Transit
If your order was damaged during transit, please provide photos of the product(s) and the shipping box from all sides. Be sure to retain both the shipping box and the damaged items, as the shipping provider may collect them as part of their investigation.
The claims process typically takes up to 8 business days. If you need the order sooner, you may place a new order, and a refund may be issued upon completion of the investigation.
