We do our very best to package orders so they do not become damaged in transit and we rely on our carriers to handle and deliver your package with care. We ask that packages be opened and inspected upon receipt and we be notified within 24 hours of any order discrepancies or damage.

Please also provide photos of the damaged product(s) as well as the shipping box. We will reach out to the provider, and they may wish to inspect or pick up the original packaging. We just ask that you hold on to the box for a bit as they may request in inspection.
